Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging
No visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Cases
To maintain product integrity and fairness:
Used or worn items are not eligible
Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted
Custom or personalized orders (if applicable) are final sale
Exchanges
If there is a genuine issue with your product, we will prioritize an exchange or replacement where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve it promptly.
