If your order is not as expected, we’re here to make it right — within reason and with respect to the craftsmanship involved.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:


  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Cases

To maintain product integrity and fairness:


  • Used or worn items are not eligible

  • Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted

  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable) are final sale

Exchanges

If there is a genuine issue with your product, we will prioritize an exchange or replacement where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will resolve it promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    Each Avarro piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

    Returns are not accepted for minor variations in texture or grain, as these are natural characteristics of genuine leather.
